Holiday Inn Express & Suites Canyonville

A friend rented me a nice suite at this hotel, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, and the jacuzzi tub was bigger than many you get. Most tubs are ones in call 1 and a half person tubs... This one would have easily fit two full sized people. The staff was super friendly all the way down to the housekeeping staff. Good friendly service is hard to find these days, so it was much appreciated. The breakfast was really good. Lots of choices from healthy to delicious. It's one of the better breakfasts I've seen in a while. I'll stay again the next time I'm in the area. Great place! Close to the casino if that's your thing too...

This is not the Holiday Inn anymore. This is Seven Feathers and they had a room for me and it was super modern, clean and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect wayside place to overnight. Got in late; slept like a baby on a comfortable bed. Clean and everything worked great. I’d give it five stars except why even offer these terrible “breakfasts?” At least try to serve good coffee. I do appreciate that they had real 1/2 & 1/2 and these motel breakfasts aren’t any better anywhere else. Overall, definitely recommend.

We had a great stay here. The staff was very nice and friendly. The bed was awesome. We just didn't want to get out of it. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. We stayed here so we could attend the Price is Right live show and we will stay here again. The shuttle to the casino was there within 5 minutes of them being called to come get us. The breakfast was good and coffee was good too. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent staff. Elijah at the front desk was so helpful. Great staff all around. My partner and I had some stuff happen on I-5 that left us unexpectedly on their doorstep. The room was immaculate. Reasonable price, very clean and honestly the safest in the area. A huge thank you to everyone there for such a great experience. I pray for success in your business and hope that you continue to hire and promote such amazing people. Truly a place that is a blessing to their community. If I'm ever in that area again, this is the only place I'd stay.

This hotel's COVID considerations were so satisfying and reassuring. The room was extremely clean, which I checked with a UV light. Their housekeeping staff must be really top notch! And, they had an excellent breakfast system in place, which was delicious and surprising in these COVID days. Front desk staff was super friendly, and very clear about what they were doing to keep guests safe and comfortable. Overall a great night's stay.

Rooms were good sized and clean. Breakfast was timely and decent, standard for what you might expect - eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit, pancakes, bread, and cereal. Pool was a bit short for laps, but was clean. Hot tub was also clean and easily seats 8. The thing that stood out to me was the staff. They were excellent. My stay for work was 5 nights and they made an effort to get to know you, understand your needs, times you were in and out, helpful advice for things to do locally, etc. My work had me on call in the early hours of the morning and times varied. The night-time staff made coffee for me as soon as I came down and offered me some before I left, outside of their breakfast service hours. Outstanding. The only reason why my review is not 5 stars is because the rooms are not luxurious and you can hear the next door person when they shower (hear water running through pipes). The room was clean and had everything I needed.

The stay was good. I’m being generous on my ratings because they were doing their remodel. It looks like they are adding a breakfast area and already are working on the lobby. The customer service is great and even got a phone call that they were doing reconstruction. I would have loved the call a few days earlier and not a few hours from arrival. The rooms look decent but would love an update in the rooms. I did like that they had DirectV. I would stay here again to give proper ratings. Note: the staff gave me oatmeal and coffee before I left as complimentary. They also have a shuttle to the casino and downtown.
